Corner Market is neighborhood service center east of Atlanta in Conyers, Georgia that includes 70,000 square feet of space for retail, restaurants, medical and professional services. The architecturally-charming environment invites patrons to stay awhile with tree-lined walkways, courtyards and a water feature, but also offers the convenience of curbside parking for a quick errand. Visitors have onsite access to the Conyers PATH trail, a 3.7-mile recreational trail that connects with Olde Town Conyers and Johnson Park.

Corner Market is ideally situated at the signalized intersection of Flat Shoals and Parker Roads just off Hwy. 138 away from the congestion of the connector. This mixed-use village is easily accessed by three entrance points with ample parking for all patrons.

In the 1980s, Four A International purchased significant parcels of land and developed two signature projects, Corner Market and Village at Almand Creek, a 236-unit, upscale apartment community which it later sold. The firm is currently developing Eastmore, a 310-acre master-planned, mixed-use community along Johnson Road and Iris Road off I-20, Exit 80.

David Roper

David RoperDavid Roper serves as Vice President and General Manager for Eastmore Development Company, LLC and Four A International, LLC, the developer of Eastmore, Corner Market, and the Village at Almand Creek Apartments. He is responsible for the executive direction of all Conyers based assets and real estate development activity.

David Roper

Prior to Four A, David worked at Beauchamp & Associates engaging land broker and development services. Before Beauchamp, he served as financial analyst and portfolio manager for SunTrust Capital Markets where he managed a $900 million portfolio of structured finance deals ranging from $25-300 million in a variety of asset classes.

David is a Georgia licensed real estate broker. He is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the Council for Quality Growth. He serves on the Board of Governors for the Conyers – Rockdale Chamber of Commerce.

Faye Phillips, CCIM, CPM®

Faye PhillipsAs Director, Faye is responsible for leasing and managing Corner Market. A 30-year real estate veteran, she brings a wealth of experience and deal acumen to the Four A team. Her intimate local market knowledge and commitment to a community-oriented tenant mix not only maximizes property value but also ensures a quality experience for shoppers, diners and office patrons.

Faye Phillips

Prior to joining Corner Market, Faye served as Associate Director, Management Services at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and Grubb & Ellis where she played a key role in the management of over 2 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties. Previously, she spent 15 years as vice president and district manager with RREEF, where she was responsible for a portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties located throughout the Southeast totaling more than 5 million square feet.

Faye served as the Chairman of the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber Board of Governors in 2019. Faye is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM®). She is actively involved with International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Commercial Real Estate Women, Atlanta (CREW Atlanta) and Institution of Real Estate Management (IREM).
